All our products have passed QC inspection and are allowed to be sold in the market.

The warranty of your KIQ kick-scooter takes effect upon date of purchase with confirmation of purchase with dealers stamp. Please keep the proof of purchase as this will be needed to confirm any future warranty requirements.

Warranty covers:
1. The main body, including handlebar stem, motor and charger for a 1 year period.
2. The battery for a 6 month period.

3. The battery cover, handlebars and rear wheel are not covered by the warranty.

4. Any damages caused by improper use of the scooter are not covered by the warranty.

Please register your KIQ scooter  as soon as purchased for your warranty to take effect. Your warranty start date is the date of purchase.
