The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereafter referred to as “you”) at Kiqscooter.com, hereinafter referred to as “Kiqscooter.com”, “us” or “we”, via the Kiqscooter.com website or the mobile website (collectively referred to as “Kiqscooter.com”).
By using Kiqscooter.com and / or placing an order, you accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions below (“the conditions”). Make sure you have read and understood the conditions before you place your order.
We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time without prior notice. The version of the conditions that applies to your order is the version that can be found on Kiqscooter.com at the time of placing your order.
2. Prices and shipping costs
The prices listed on Kiqscooter.com include the legal VAT.
3. Order / contract closing
If you have registered your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail after placing an order. If we can not deliver your order unexpectedly, we will let you know as soon as possible. If the order has already been paid, we will try to refund the payment via the payment method you use. If the reimbursement needs to be done in another way, Kiqscooter.com will inform you of this and ask you to contact the customer service who will process the refund.
Kiqscooter.com is extremely careful in the registration and processing of orders and strives to deliver your orders to a residential address, in accordance with your chosen delivery method.
5. Kiqscooter.com strives to handle orders as quickly as possible and in order of arrival. We strive to deliver within 7 days after confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Although we strive to deliver within the set deadline, delays may occur due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event that the delivery does not take place within 7 days, you can cancel the order free of charge.
If your order does not arrive on the scheduled date, please contact Kiqscooter.com customer service via the email address hello@Kiqscooter.com.
6. Revoking an order
You can cancel your order or return (with complaint) from the date on which you placed the order up to 30 days after receipt of the ordered items. If the items have been charged to you, you will receive the amount excluding the return costs, provided that this is the case.
If you want to cancel or return your order, please inform us of this via the Return Portal. Return the items as mentioned below in paragraph 6 (Return shipments), within a period of 30 days as mentioned above in section 5.1. We will try to refund the money as soon as possible and in the same manner as you paid (or, if the items have not yet been paid, to settle with your balance), no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation, provided that we have received the articles, or proof that the articles have been returned. A different payment method can be used for the refund if you give permission for this. This will not entail any additional costs.
If a received item is defective, notify Kiqscooter.com immediately and return the item as set out in paragraph 6 (Return shipments). All products that are declared as defective are fully reimbursed by Kiqscooter.com. The provisions in these conditions do not limit any statutory rights.
7. Return shipments
Kiqscooter.com guarantees full reimbursement of returned items pursuant to paragraph 5 (Revocation of an order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition as they were in upon receipt. This means that the articles must not be damaged, dirty, altered or worn and that labels have not been removed.
You can use the Return Portal if you want to send items back.
8. Payment methods
You can pay for your items in several ways indicated below.
During the ordering process you will be directed to your bank to complete the payment. You have the option to pay via iDeal if you use online banking. Your payment will immediately be debited from your account.
9. Our liability
These conditions do not limit or exclude the liability of Kiqscooter.com when it concerns matters that we can not limit or exclude by virtue of the law.
Kiqscooter.com is not responsible for indirect losses that are an additional effect of the original loss or original damage, such as loss of profit or loss of opportunity, or non-delivery of goods or failure to comply with any other obligation under this Conditions, if such a failure is the result of events beyond our control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, uprising, political unrest, war, nuclear accidents and terrorist activities.
Our total liability to you for losses or damages that arise from your order on Kiqscooter.com is limited to the total amount of your order.
We do everything reasonably possible to reflect the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors, as accurately as possible. The color you see depends on your computer system, and we can not guarantee that your computer displays these colors correctly.
If the items you have purchased are defective, Kiqscooter.com will fully comply with the legal warranty regulations. If you have a complaint due to obvious material or manufacturing defects regarding goods delivered by us, including transport damage, you can inform us by returning the goods without delay along with the return form.
Kiqscooter.com reserves the right to transfer or transfer any claims for payment in connection with the delivery of goods to a third party.
If any part of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or void by a court or legislator, the other conditions remain in force.
14. Property rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights to Kiqscooter.com are vested in Kiqscooter.com and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of Kiqscooter.com or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or in part, other than for your own personal and non-commercial use, is prohibited without prior written permission from Kiqscooter.com.
